Let's face it, weather in Florida is unpredictable but that shouldn't prevent you from planning fun things to do on the beach! If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your experience, you will receive a full refund. We also give you options to change the start time if a storm is passing or reschedule to a new date. For non-weather related cancellations, a refund will be issued as long as you notify us

24 hours prior to your scheduled experience time.

Catered food orders for gatherings and events will not be refunded. Items will be delivered to the location you specify. A $500 non refundable fee applies to corporate events for weather and non-weather related cancellations.
