Let's face it, weather in Florida is unpredictable but that shouldn't prevent you from planning fun things to do on the beach! If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your experience, you have options to move your start time, select a new date (even the following day) or receive a full in house credit redeemable toward any experience for up to one year from your original event date. For non-weather related cancellations, a credit will be issued as long as you notify us

48 hours prior to your scheduled experience time.

Catered food orders for gatherings and events will not be refunded. Items will be delivered to the location you specify. A $500 non refundable fee applies to corporate events.
