What is a Barefoot Philosophy Beach Day?

We turn your day at the beach into a ready-to-enjoy experience. Choose from relaxed beach setups to fully styled cabana and lounge experiences. We deliver, set up and style everything before you arrive, then return for removal when your experience is over.

What Beach Day experiences can I choose from?

Our Beach Day collection includes experiences ranging from simple setups to our Cabana Social, Signature Lounge, Family Retreat, Retro Beach, Bougie Beach and other seasonal options.

Each offers a different combination of shade, seating, styling and amenities so you can choose the beach day that fits your group and your vibe.

What's the difference between Cabana Social and Signature Lounge?

Cabana Social is built around shade, seating and an easy social beach day. It includes two stylish cabanas, three boho umbrellas, reclining and deck chairs, tables, a cooler, drinks, snacks and more for 8–10 guests.

Signature Lounge is our elevated open-air lounge for 10–12 guests, centered around a styled modular sectional with pillows and throws, boho umbrellas, reclining canvas chairs, a beach blanket and conversational table.

Do you rent cabanas, chairs and umbrellas?

Our Beach Day experiences are complete setups rather than traditional equipment rentals. Your selected package determines the cabanas, umbrellas, seating, tables and other amenities included.

We deliver and arrange everything so your beach space is ready when you arrive.

Do I have to carry or set up anything?

No. That's the point.

We handle delivery, setup and styling before your experience and return for removal afterward. You simply show up and enjoy your beach day.

Can I customize my Beach Day?

Yes. Depending on the package, you can personalize your Beach Day with available enhancements and Experience the Beach elements to make it fit your group, celebration or plans for the day.

Can you set up in front of our hotel, condo or vacation rental?

In many cases, yes. We can create Beach Day experiences at hotels, resorts, condos, vacation rentals, private beachfront residences and other approved locations.

Access, property permission and local beach rules can affect where we're able to set up. Send us your property or location and we'll help determine what's possible.

Can you set up at a private residence or private event location?

Yes. Beach Day experiences may be available at private beachfront residences and approved private event locations.

Are Beach Days good for families?

Absolutely. Beach Days are an easy way for families to enjoy the beach without hauling chairs, shade, coolers and other beach gear.

Can I book a Beach Day for a birthday or celebration?

Yes. Beach Days are great for birthdays, girls' days, family gatherings, wedding weekends, reunions, corporate outings and other celebrations.

Tell us what you're celebrating and we can help you choose the right experience and available enhancements.

Do you offer Beach Days for larger groups?

Yes. We can create Beach Day experiences for groups beyond the standard package capacities.

For larger gatherings, corporate groups or custom events, contact us with your guest count and location so we can design the appropriate setup.

Can we combine a Beach Day with other Barefoot Philosophy experiences?

Yes. That's one of our favorite ways to create a full day at the beach.

Your day can begin with a Beach Day or group activity and continue into cocktails, dinner or an evening Beach Campfire.

What should we bring?

Bring whatever you personally need for a day at the beach—swimsuits, towels, sunscreen and personal items.

Your package description will show the shade, seating, refreshments and other amenities already included in your experience.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes, unless your specific location or property has restrictions. You can bring your own food and non-restricted beverages, or choose a Beach Day package that already includes refreshments.

For catered or larger events, contact us so we can coordinate the details.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

Beach experiences are weather dependent, and Florida weather can change quickly. We monitor conditions leading up to your experience and follow our current weather and cancellation policies if conditions make the beach unsafe or unsuitable.

Where do you offer Beach Day experiences?

We create Beach Day experiences throughout our service area, including Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Ponce Inlet, Flagler Beach and Palm Coast, as well as approved private beachfront properties and event locations.

Availability can vary by location, access and the type of setup you're booking.

Is everything removed after our Beach Day?

Yes. We return after your scheduled experience to remove the equipment included with your setup.

Personal trash and belongings are the responsibility of the guest unless cleanup service is specifically included or added to your booking.
