Weather Policy
We watch the weather for you! Florida is unpredictable but that should not stop you from making plans. The weather here changes by the hour. If radar shows a high possibility of rain at the start of your event we will notify you and bump your start time. If rain persists, you can move to an alternate date, even the following day. If this is not an option for you, we will issue a refund within 24 hours. If it rains during your event, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Non-weather related customer cancellations will receive a full credit that can be redeemed for any experience up to one year.
