Florida weather can change quickly, so we don't automatically cancel an experience because rain appears in the forecast. We monitor conditions and communicate with you if weather is expected to interfere with your experience.

Absolutely. Our Ted E. Bear wouldn't have it any other way! Just remember not all beaches are dog friendly. There is a dog friendly section of the beach near the Georgian Inn in Ormond Beach and at the Dunes in New Smyrna. If your dog is a service animal, you are allowed to bring he/she on all beaches.

No setup or cleanup—that's our job. Your experience will be ready before your scheduled arrival, and our team returns afterward for breakdown and cleanup. For experiences booked through Barefoot Philosophy, we also coordinate the standard permits, notices or approvals required for the setup we're providing when applicable. Large or highly customized events may require additional permits or fees, which we'll discuss during planning.
