What is your cancellation policy? Call or email to cancel for any reason. 24 hour notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. What is your weather policy? We will coordinate with you on the day of your reservation if weather is looking like an issue. You will have options to move your start time if a storm is passing. If the day looks like a total washout, we will call you to cancel and issue a full refund. If it rains after we setup your rental, we will not issue a refund. It does rain most days in Florida during the summer. Usually it's a quick 15 minute fast moving system and the sun pops right back out to dry everything within minutes.
